MODIVA Model Collaboration Terms
MODIVA collaborates with models for fashion, commercial, beauty, editorial, runway and advertising projects. Models may participate in photoshoots, video productions, advertising campaigns and other modeling projects. A model application and profile become public only after final approval by the MODIVA Administrator. Registration is paid and does not guarantee a specific job or project. For each project, working conditions, schedule, compensation and other details are agreed separately. Models must provide accurate and complete information, respect confirmed agreements, arrive on time for approved shoots and maintain professional conduct. MODIVA reserves the right to decline or terminate collaboration if a model does not meet project requirements or violates the collaboration terms.
